Why Mediation Video...
Movies, news, documentaries, all are driven by stories. Following a story attracts our attention and our mind. As a result we are loosing ourselves in those stories and being removed from present time.
Obviously there is nothing wrong with being absorb by powerful story and learning something new and interesting ... the trouble is that even shallow and empty stories can take over our minds...
